HIGH ALTITUDE FOOTBALL CAMP
1 Person (Excluding Equipment): (10 hours) Contents: Basic Wind Knowledge (1 hour): Wind knowledge theory is a small educational Snowkite training to gain Snowkite control skills safely.
Snowkite Setup (1 hour): Snowkite Control Skills (2 hours): The next step after learning how to set up a Snowkite is to fly a small Snowkite. It includes learning how to get up and down with the help of an assistant, hands-on demonstration of the safety system, one-handed Snowkite control, learning to walk with Snowkite and gain strength.
WHERE AND HOW SHOULD HIGH ALTITUDE TRAINING BE DONE?
The ideal altitude to reap the benefits of high altitude training is between 1700 and 2300 meters. Altitudes below 1700 meters have little stimulating effect, and altitudes above 2800 meters cause a lack of oxygen. The optimal time for altitude training is 3-4 weeks. The more often the workouts are repeated, the faster the adaptation will occur.
