Loyalty Program

DAS People is the exclusive loyalty program designed for guests staying at DAS 3917 and DAS 1350. Built around the modern, distinctive, and experience-driven spirit of the DAS brand, this program elevates every stay—transforming it from a simple getaway into a personal privilege.


Starting from April 1, 2024, guests are automatically assigned to one of the DAS People membership levels based on criteria such as length of stay, room type, and period. As a fully digital program, DAS People allows guests to earn points during every stay, which can then be redeemed for additional privileges during their next DAS experience.


Each membership level has been carefully designed to reward loyalty and enhance the guest journey with exclusive DAS-style benefits.

SILVER MEMBER

Silver DAS People  Members with 300 to 14,999 points can enjoy special discounts and offers. 

GOLD MEMBER

Gold DAS People Members with 15,000 to 39,999 points receive additional benefits, including complimentary room upgrades and priority reservations. 

PLATINUM MEMBER

Platinum DAS People  Members who have accumulated between 40,000 and 99,999 points enjoy exclusive benefits such as invitations to special events and personalized services. 

DIAMOND MEMBER

Diamond DAS People Members with 100,000 points or more receive the highest level of personal service and privileges. 

Terms & Conditions
  1. Membership discounts are only valid for direct bookings made through the DAS Hotels call center and official website.
  2. Diamond members are entitled to one complimentary stay, and a 50% discount on the second stay.
  3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability.
  4. Complimentary à la carte usage does not apply to special restaurants designated by the brand concept.
  5. Valid for reservations at Megasaray Hotels and Megasaray Tennis Academy. Cannot be combined with other special discounts.
  6. Applicable for direct bookings made through the call center at Megasaray Hotels. Special discounts can also be used for additional on-site expenses.



Notes

  • DAS People discounts do not apply to reservations for special purposes or special pricing, such as meetings, weddings, events, or sports camps.
  • Unless transferred to the guest account (e.g., paid-out transactions), DAS People discounts do not apply to payments made on behalf of the guest.

DAS People - Program Details

  • The DAS People Loyalty Program is valid for guests aged 13 and above.
  • Guests staying under Complimentary, Inspection, or corporate/collaboration categories are not eligible for the program.
  • New members or members who upgrade their category may use their updated benefits starting from their next stay.
  • As the program is fully digital, notifications are automatically sent to the guest’s provided email address one day after check-out.
  • Guests eligible for membership are deemed to have accepted the participation and usage terms defined by DAS Hotels.
  • DAS Hotels reserves the right to update the program rules, discount rates, and benefits without prior notice.
  • Membership privileges may vary depending on seasonal concepts applied by the hotels (winter or summer concept).
  • To benefit from DAS People discounts and advantages, the cardholder must be physically present at the hotel during their stay.
  • Guests who do not wish to participate in the program may request cancellation by emailing daspeople@hotelsdas.com. Cancellation requests are processed within 3 business days, after which the guest is notified.
