Cancellation Policy
Online Reservation Distance Sales Agreement
Early Booking Period: Reservations made during the early booking period cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the full reservation amount will be charged, and no refund will be made.
Early booking dates: 01.09.2025 – 22.12.2025
Reservations made after the early booking period may be cancelled free of charge up to 16 days prior to the check-in date. For cancellations and date changes made between 15 and 8 days before the check-in date, 35% of the total accommodation fee will be charged. Cancellations and date changes made 7 days or less before check-in will not be accepted, and 100% of the total accommodation fee will be charged.

(Hereinafter referred to as “Guest” in this Agreement)
2. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the accommodation service sold by the Hotel to the Guest, the features and sales price of which are specified in this Agreement.
3. MAIN FEATURES OF THE SERVICE AND PAYMENT DETAILS
3.1. The type, date, sales price, payment method, and guest information are as specified in the reservation form.
3.2. For a reservation to be confirmed, the full accommodation fee must be paid at the time of booking. If the payment cannot be collected, the reservation will be cancelled.
3.3. Prices include VAT and accommodation tax. Payment can be made by the credit cards or bank transfer/EFT methods accepted by the Hotel. The Guest shall make the payment via the Hotel’s mobile application and/or website. An invoice will be delivered physically or via e-mail at check-out.
3.4. A reservation will be valid only once the full accommodation fee has been paid. The effective booking date is the moment the payment is received by the Hotel (cash, card collection, or bank transfer/EFT). In case of underpayment, the Hotel may cancel the reservation and claim any damages.
3.5. For credit card installment payments, the Guest accepts that interest rates and default interest are subject to the credit card agreement between the Guest and their bank.
3.6. The Hotel accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards and reserves the right to pre-authorize.
3.7. Refunds (if applicable) will only be made to the same account or card used for the original payment. Any bank commissions or fees incurred by the Hotel will be deducted from the refund. No cash refunds will be made.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & MODIFICATIONS
4.1. Reservations made during the early booking period cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the full reservation amount will be charged, and no refund will be made.

Reservations made after the early booking period:
Free cancellation up to 16 days prior to check-in.
35% charge for cancellations/date changes made between 15–8 days before check-in.
100% charge for cancellations/date changes 7 days or less before check-in.
4.1.1. In case of late arrival without prior cancellation/change, unused nights will not be refunded.
4.2. In cases where the Guest or their first-degree relatives cannot stay due to illness (with a medical report of at least 10 days from a state hospital) or death (with official documentation), no penalty will apply if notified in writing before the stay. In all other cases, the reservation falls under Article 15/1-g of the Distance Sales Regulation, and no refund will be made.
4.3. Cancellation/withdrawal requests must be sent via e-mail (reservation@das3917.com), via the online guest account, or through the call center.
4.4. The Hotel will review requests within 14 business days of receipt and refund payments if applicable.
5. RESERVATION CANCELLATION
5.1. Reservations made during the early booking period cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
5.2. Cancellation requests must be sent to reservation@das3917.com. The Hotel will review the request within 14 days and refund payments if applicable.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
6.1. Events beyond the Hotel’s control (natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, expropriation, strikes, etc.) are considered force majeure.
6.2. In such cases, the Guest will be informed immediately. If services cannot be provided, the Hotel will refund all payments within 14 days. The Guest waives any further compensation claims.
7. GENERAL TERMS
- Pets are accepted (with additional fee).
- Children’s discounts apply only when sharing a room with parents. ID checks are mandatory at check-in. Incorrect age declarations may result in price adjustments.
- Check-in time: 14:00 | Check-out time: 12:00.
- Extras are chargeable and payable at check-out.
- The Guest accepts responsibility for providing accurate reservation information.
- The Hotel is not responsible for system errors, illegal interventions, or price display errors on the website.
- The Hotel’s records and electronic data shall be accepted as conclusive evidence in disputes.
- Turkish Law applies. Disputes shall be settled by consumer arbitration boards or consumer courts.
8. EFFECTIVENESS
By electronically approving this Agreement, the Guest confirms that they have been informed of the Hotel’s name, address, contact details, service features, price, payment obligations, cancellation rights, complaint procedures, and all other contractual terms, and accepts them.
PRE-INFORMATION FORM
he purpose of this Pre-Information Form is to inform the Guest regarding their rights and obligations under Turkish Code of Obligations, Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette No. 29188, dated 27.11.2014).
